Is Dr. Stolzenburg an experienced veterinarian? It's hard to say. My cat was bleeding from the incision three hours after the procedure. Mr. Stolzenburg lacks the following: proper explanation and information before surgery, empathy for the cats (they defecated in fear, which Mr. Stolzenburg, the veterinarian, found disgusting), and information for the post-operative period. My cats were still kittens and clearly terrified, but they were treated like mere pieces of meat. He is unfriendly and charges below the official fee schedule, which I believe is illegal. The fact that he issues receipts still showing amounts in Deutsche Marks is probably the least outrageous thing about this man who calls himself a doctor. Better to spend €45 more and go somewhere else! My cat now has to stay overnight at another veterinarian's office for observation and pain relief.
Very nice vet, fair prices. I really enjoy going to him and can always recommend him.
I've been going to Dr. Stolzenberg for 30 years and I can always recommend him – he's a fantastic veterinarian. I always leave satisfied, and so does my dog. I hope he and his family stay healthy for a long time. Best regards, Angie and my dog Emelie.
Excellent diagnostician, very competent, and always friendly vet. I've been going to him with both dogs for years.
Today was my first time at the vet's office with my two cats, and I was very pleasantly surprised. A very nice vet.
