I didn't know there were veterinarians who specialize in chickens. I was pleasantly surprised and am overjoyed. Beate isn't just any chicken... The staff were very friendly, there was no long wait, and they were extremely competent. I felt taken seriously and everything was explained to me. My verdict: highly recommended!

We were able to arrange an appointment at very short notice. We were seen right on time. The veterinarian was very professional. She made suggestions for treatment, and I was able to decide for myself. I felt comfortable and can recommend the practice.

I think that was our last visit. We had made an appointment for one dog so both dogs could get a quick vaccination, which has never been a problem before. Today, we were suddenly told, "You only have one time slot; you need a second appointment. There's no time for the second vaccination right now..." We were only in for a maximum of 5 minutes for the vaccination, and the actual appointment was booked with a 15-minute time slot. This is no way to treat patients who have already spent several thousand euros at this practice. Furthermore, scheduled appointments shouldn't be rescheduled at short notice.
