My dog ​​Molly (4) received quick and uncomplicated help. We immediately received two appointment suggestions. She was suffering from diarrhea, stomach ache, and vomiting. The best veterinarian I've ever met! Dr. Lukassen is very friendly, competent, sensitive, patient, and incredibly empathetic. It's very important to me that a veterinarian addresses my questions, fears, and concerns. My dog ​​and I both feel understood and very well cared for. Yesterday, I called the veterinary practice during their on-call service because my dog ​​had diarrhea and strange lumps on her body. Ms. Lukassen suspected an allergic reaction, and she was right, as everything developed more or less exactly as she predicted. She was professionally competent, friendly, and empathetic. Thank you so much for the free consultation, even though we're not even your patients yet (Leuna is unfortunately a bit too far from where we live! ;-))!

We first visited the practice as part of the emergency veterinary service. Since then, we've brought all our cats back for checkups and to address health issues. Appointments (bookable online and by phone) are kept, the cats are thoroughly examined, and, most importantly, everything is explained very clearly. Even minor procedures like nail trimming (for our older cat, who struggles to groom her own claws) are standard practice. Veterinarian Lukassen impresses with her sound expertise and keen observation skills. The cats receive appropriate treatment, but are never overtreated.

We had to take our cat to the emergency vet and were understandably quite worried. Even on the phone, the vet was incredibly friendly and calm, and she took the time to listen to everything. Once we arrived, she also spent a lot of time with us and our cat, explained everything clearly, and gave us excellent advice. It was clear that the well-being of animals was truly important to her. We felt very well cared for and are grateful for the quick and compassionate help. Highly recommended!
