We felt very comfortable and cared for by the staff, even though we had to have our little rabbit put down. It was uncomplicated, without a long waiting period... simply humane, something sadly rare these days.

A fantastic vet. He's easygoing and relaxed, which I think is important because it has a calming effect on both patient and owner. He's very empathetic, gentle, and thoughtful, and generally radiates an incredible sense of calm. Mausi and I will definitely be staying here. Thanks again!

Very friendly and competent veterinarian. We feel very well looked after there (the 😸 maybe not necessarily 😋)... The price/performance ratio is excellent and honest! I've never experienced an enormous wait time before. We always go home feeling confident.

We've been seeing Dr. Bach for years with our cat. We've been vaccinated every year, even though we have a house cat. A vaccination and regular check-up also took place this year. The fact that our cat had lost a few pounds over the years wasn't a warning sign. In any case, there was never a recommendation to perhaps have a proper examination and at least a blood test. Shouldn't you expect something like that from a vet? We think so! He was already a bit older, and we weren't too worried about it. For the past two weeks, our cat hasn't been able to find the litter box and has been eating very poorly, which was causing us great concern. Based on a recommendation, we then went to another, very competent vet. Even during the regular examination, it became clear that our cat had very bad and inflamed molars, which could certainly have been corrected. The audible heart valve murmur, which he'd also had for some time, was a major concern. Due to our cat's poor condition, we were urgently advised to have a blood test done immediately, which we of course did. We had to wait for the results, which only took about 20 minutes – what service! Then came the shock! We were told that the bad and inflamed molars were the least of his problems. His two kidneys are practically non-functional anymore; it's a death sentence! Kidney failure doesn't happen overnight, and that's not to mention the bad and inflamed teeth. Of course, we blame ourselves for not having changed vets sooner and are wondering what kind of tests were done before! Everyone can decide for themselves, but we definitely cannot recommend this vet!
