Very helpful. My cat had picked up a tick that I couldn't remove despite using tick tweezers. The vet had already closed for the day, but he still helped me. Very friendly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our dog had gastric torsion, and if the vet hadn't told us he couldn't do it, he would still be alive. We had to drive all the way to the other side of town on Sunday, and the dog died on the way. It would have only taken us five minutes to get to the Steinberg veterinary practice.
