Incredibly gentle, kind and patient team. Helped me with my EU pet passport at short notice and gave excellent advice regarding cat care and pet travel. Would highly recommend. My cats are very wild and the team didn't complain at all, they just popped some gloves on and helped them to relax before their vaccination and chipping. Thank you!

Friendly, competent, and open in conversation, even if you don't feed the standard diet 😉🫛. Our dog, 4 years old, is very well cared for here. As the owner, I feel taken seriously and well supported. Only short waiting times, even without an appointment (on Friday, I just called briefly beforehand to see if it was convenient). Our dog is fit and healthy, and they always think ahead and offer advice together 👍.
