Very helpful and friendly staff. The doctor is very patient and friendly. My cat absolutely loved her. Highly recommended, even if you don’t speak german well.
After a long search for a good vet, I finally found one. My cat Lilly had a lump on her tail that had to be amputated. Dr. Fricke handled the entire process competently, professionally, with kindness and care. A big thank you also to her helpful and friendly team. Highly recommended!
Super friendly and efficient staff, they answered all our questions with patience since we don’t speak very good german. We totally recommend!
Dr. Ficke saved our kitty, Rue. She agreed to see us the same night we made an emergency call, despite us never having been to the clinic before. Dr. Ficke diagnosed Rue with wet FIP, which is an extremely costly and difficult illness to treat in Germany. Instead of charging us for this expensive medicine, because she recognized the urgency of the situation, Dr. Ficke gave us the resources we needed to get medicine that same night from a local FIP community. She ensured that Rue got the swift and necessary care she needed to survive, regardless of the money she was going to make. I cannot thank Dr. Ficke enough, and would recommend her practice to anyone who suspects their kitty of having FIP. Bonus point -- Dr. Ficke speaks excellent English, for those who struggle with technical/medical German :)
Best vet in Leipzig. She speaks almost perfect English, is caring, sweet with animals and a VERY VERY good vet. After seeing 5 other vets, she was the one that diagnosed my cat correctly. She could have made a lot of money with us, with blood tests, and other tests that I asked to do, but said she would wait, as the cat was v stressed and if she diagnosed correctly the cat would be fine, and we could do the tests if the cat was unwell in some days. Truly amazing!!!!!
