We've been going to the Elsterblick veterinary practice since 2013, and I can only say good things about it. Our dog Frieda has always been treated with dedication, patience, and passion. It starts at reception, continues with all the staff, and includes the veterinarians. Simply a fantastic practice. From the beginning, we had many difficulties with our bulldog, who had to endure a great deal. But Dr. Petermann and Dr. Tolkendorf always found a solution that helped our little darling. The way the many treatments were carried out over the years is truly remarkable. Excellent advice, extensive expertise, and above all, always a sympathetic ear for our concerns, including ours as owners. We always felt very comfortable. I hesitated for a long time about whether to comment on this practice. But after my own ordeal with two different animals, and after hearing shockingly numerous horrific stories from pet owners in the area, I ultimately have to say clearly: avoid this practice! Aside from completely wrong diagnoses and corresponding treatments following inadequate examinations, you usually leave with a worse feeling than when you arrived because empathy and understanding for both animal and owner are completely lacking.

We are first-time dog owners and feel very well cared for here. Waiting outside with an anxious dog is no problem, which makes our visits much easier. The veterinarians also take their time during treatments and consider the animal holistically. The only thing we've noticed so far is that whenever we book online, we've always ended up with a different vet.
