Money, Money, Money...!

The vet ,Dr. Schiller doesn't ask you, she does what she wants, so we came for one vaccine and we got two, which I realized on the bill! She got us passport which we didn't need and didn't ask for it (we had at home),there was zero question - would you like a passport for her? There was mentioning we will need it for travelling to which we replied, maybe in future when we will decide to travel outside of Germany. We were completely shocked by this behavior which was mostly to sell and squeeze as much money as possible. Not to mention even we made appointment we had to wait 45 minutes and vet was like on drugs, constantly talking without break, chaotic. Passport was wrongly filled in even ,wrong breed, wrong adress. I am just happy our little one is alive and hoping she wasn't injected something else. But boy we are furious. And two vaccinations in one day for tiny puppy is horrible. If we would ask for it, we would come twice.

Very expensive,not helped at all with my dog health issues , unfortunately i would not recommend the specific tierarztpraxis.
