Having been to many doctors with my cat lately, I was worried about this visit bit Dr Krosigk is so lovely. I had a great and safe experience there. Everything was explained to me patiently both in German and English. Highly recommended.
The doctor advised against surgery on our cat because it would not do the animal any good, thusly denying herself a payday. What kind of work ethic is this, placing the animal's wellbeing over profit?! Oh, right. It's the kind of work ethic you want. 5 stars.
We were here in preparation for an operation. We received a very warm welcome, and the veterinarian was very attentive to our needs. The operation went perfectly today. She was very empathetic and competent. Our Karli woke up from the anesthesia without any problems, and we were able to take our time. We also got home without any issues and are very grateful to the practice team. 😀
