I was there today with our dog Almo for the first time, and I felt very well cared for right from the start. I was particularly impressed by how attentive the veterinary technicians were in the waiting area. Whenever it got a bit crowded or there were several dogs in the waiting room at the same time, they reacted immediately and made sure everyone could spread out. This made the situation much more relaxed for all involved. Since Almo had to stay there under anesthesia for an endoscopy, I was naturally very nervous. Nevertheless, I was able to leave him there with a very good feeling, even though we had never been there before. I was especially pleased that Almo was returned to us after the procedure completely lively. You could tell he was well cared for and in loving hands. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful care, the warmth, and the loving way they treated both people and animals. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime! 🐾

I took my cat Lucky to the Leipzig-North Animal Health Center for further treatment of a urinary tract disorder after another clinic unfortunately couldn't help him any further. Looking back, it was the best decision. The entire team took a lot of time for both Lucky and me. Everything was explained clearly, and we always felt taken seriously and in excellent hands. Thanks to successful pain management and the appropriate medication, Lucky's urination is now working again. Lucky himself, however, had a plan of his own: He was convinced that the clinic was a giant escape room and that his only task was to find a way out – while the veterinarians patiently tried to convince him that they weren't his adversaries, but his helpers. The cooperation was... let's just say it could have been better. 😄 All the more respect for the calm, humorous, and professional way the entire team treated him. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for the outstanding care. Top-notch, both professionally and personally! For me, switching to the Leipzig-North Animal Health Center was exactly the right decision. Highly recommended!

I was there with my young dog in an emergency situation and got a quick appointment before the holidays – excellent! I received very competent, pleasant, and thorough advice, was given important medication immediately, and offered the opportunity for a follow-up appointment. All in all, very successful and satisfactory. Thank you very much, and I'll gladly come again.
