Ms. Kinder shows great empathy when handling animals and remains calm even when a restless animal is present. She was always available and consistently friendly. She was able to help our little Mila, and we are very grateful to Ms. Kinder for that. I highly recommend her!

Yesterday was the day 😥 We had to let our beloved Amy cross the rainbow bridge. Many thanks to Ms. Kinder. She radiates such incredible peace and contentment towards the animals, so much so that even our little rascal let her pet him. Having Ms. Kinder as our veterinarian is truly a great asset for my cat, and for me as well. You can feel her great passion for animals and her many years of experience as a veterinarian. This vet is amazing! I've rarely met a vet who is as calm, patient, composed, and relaxed as she is. She was practically fearless, even though my dog ​​put on a bit of a show during his appointment today (for context: he's a 3.5-year-old male Rottweiler with several pre-existing conditions and a rather deep-seated trauma regarding veterinarians). So, even the second he expressed his displeasure, Dr. Kinder remained completely calm and collected! And she treated him as if nothing had happened. Absolutely respectful. I can only repeat myself: this woman is amazing! It's wonderful that there are still doctors who are passionate about their work. And what I also appreciate is that she doesn't always follow a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach! Here, the animal's well-being truly comes first 🙏 And as a bonus, Max received lots of cuddles after the treatment. So everyone involved could leave the situation feeling positive ❤️ A thousand thanks for the great service, for your patience, and for the short-notice appointments. And once again I have to tell you about Dr. Kinder's work. It was my dachshund mix again; I was at my wit's end. His heart wasn't working properly, he'd had a mite infestation since summer that was out of control, and eating wasn't important to him anymore, so I called Dr. Kinder as quickly as possible. And what can I tell you?! After her treatment, which involved minimal use of medication (except for his heart), my boy was back on his feet and enjoying life again. Eating? No problem! She left us with a dietary supplement called Oralade, and the little guy is getting better every day. This vet is a real star in my eyes; how often has she successfully pulled us out of the most dire situations?! Believe me, I've met quite a few vets in my life.
