Reviews
Incompetence at the highest level ... I was in Leipzig to visit friends in December when my cat got diarrhea. I found this veterinary on google and it had good reviews. Unfortunately, the reality was the exact opposite ... I had to pay € 177.40 for the examination and the laboratory, but my cat is worse today than it was before the visit to the doctor. In addition, nobody understands or can speak English. Instead, the doctor made fun of my bad German. And that in an otherwise cosmopolitan city like Leipzig ... I am speechless about this behaviour and the ridiculous high costs!
I would definitely recommend this place Our poodle had diarrhea, and he received a proper examination, and was prescribed some medicine to take. The vet was a female ( sorry, forgot her name ) and she was very friendly and nice to our dog. We had to wait for less than an hour. The reception nurse was nice as well.
Wery friendly staff.
Good friendly reliable specialists
My corgi, Frida, and I always have the best experience with Dr. Anastasia Bakhvalova at this clinic. She is not only an exceptional professional but also a kind person who ensures that your dog feels safe and comfortable. She takes the time to explain the problem in detail, making it clear even to someone with no background in veterinary medicine. The best doctor we ever dealt with!
