Very good vet, altho small but can give you good advice and treat your pet

A very friendly team. We had our cat spayed and vaccinated at the practice. We could always contact the practice with any questions or concerns. Appointments were always punctual and without a long wait. Our cat is doing well and recovered nicely from the surgery. There's no scar visible anymore. She was back to her old self just one day after the operation. Overall, we highly recommend this practice.

I'm shocked by this veterinary practice! My cat needed a blood test, and I was told I had to leave her there so they could give her a sedative pill. However, they didn't even try to calm her down without the pill. At first, I thought, okay, it must be all right. Five hours later, I was able to pick her up, only to be told that it still hadn't worked. My question is: why didn't they call? I could have picked up this poor, stressed animal much sooner! Furthermore, my cat's condition was announced in the PACKED waiting room, so data privacy is clearly not a priority there. I was told my cat has a serious chronic illness. However, I don't understand what they're basing this on. Apart from weighing her, no other treatment was performed. How could they possibly know this? Feeling guilty, confused, and helpless, I finally left the practice and will never go back!
