A very competent doctor. She explains things well and discusses treatment options. She strikes a good balance, neither being too bleak nor too embellished with the truth. My vulture is in good hands there.

We took our budgie to Dr. Zsivanovits and are very satisfied. She and her team are very competent and friendly. She diagnosed our budgie with testicular cancer, but we have complete confidence in her treatment methods, and she explained the situation to us thoroughly. The long journey was definitely worth it!

I took my two rose-ringed parrots to the practice to have their beaks and claws trimmed. Very competent and excellent advice. I highly recommend it.

For several years now, we have been taking our chickens to Dr. Zsivanovits for treatment. We gladly travel from Hamburg for this. Since we sometimes have retired laying hens in addition to our purebred chickens, we naturally experience health problems more often than usual. Dr. Zsivanovits and her staff are incredibly kind, competent, and always ready to listen! The consultations regarding possible treatment options are always very thorough, and the prices are quoted beforehand. We have had chickens with laying problems, tumors, infections, abscesses, etc., treated and cared for there. The practice has also euthanized a few of our chickens. This was always handled very calmly, patiently, and compassionately. The veterinarian always returns calls very reliably, and also responds to emails. Thank you so much for the consistently excellent and highly competent care!

Dr. Zsivanovits takes ample time, her explanations are easy to understand even for laypeople, and costs are communicated transparently. We feel very well cared for at the practice and are happy to make the somewhat longer journey.
