Reviews
A super nice team, very compassionate with both animals and their owners. No matter how stressful it is, everyone is still cheerful and friendly. We always feel very well cared for with our two cats. Our two furry monsters aren't afraid of the vet. Gismo always thoroughly investigates the room, is very curious, and loves to be petted there. Shiva prefers to stay in her carrier and observe everything from there. ☺️
I think this practice is excellent. The staff and veterinarians are incredibly kind and professional. The practice is very flexible when it comes to highly sensitive animals like rabbits or injured Border Collies. The animals are treated gently and carefully.
We are very satisfied. Our dog Oskar always received excellent help. We were even able to get appointments at short notice. The team is super friendly.
Like one of the previous speakers, I also have the impression that they want to fend off new customers. We moved to Bad Segeberg. They don't make house calls due to staff shortages, and when I was at the practice, it was practically empty, and they wouldn't sell me anything without a lengthy initial examination and all that jazz.
A veterinary practice with heart I would like to thank you for the lovely card, especially since it was handwritten! In today's digital world, that's a real rarity; it touched me deeply. It makes you very special. My Sisi is now on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge, waiting for her new home... Thank you so much for everything, and I wish you all the best. Kind regards, Georg Hodur
