Dr. Rainer Hussong

I'm more than impressed with the practice. The organization is well thought out. You can even wait with your pet in the car or outside without worry – they provide a beeper for that purpose. The rooms are bright and welcoming, with a playful touch in the decor everywhere. The vet was warm and competent, and our problem was resolved effectively. Through the window, we could watch the owner's black chickens, and there was a terrarium with frogs and other creatures in the waiting room. I especially want to highlight the restroom. It sounds a bit strange, but it's a real experience. A jungle atmosphere complete with sound effects and a toucan... We felt completely at ease. The price was also reasonable.

Nice doctor and staff. For serious problems, I'd rather go to the LMU clinic in Oberschleißheim. Nevertheless, thank you for the emergency treatment! My 11-year-old budgie not only had a crop infection but also germs, fungi, and liver problems. If Dr. Hussong had told me to go straight to a specialist clinic, he wouldn't have almost died again. He's currently hospitalized there, receiving all the medication and monitoring he needs, and he's well on the road to recovery.

Four weeks ago, we had to have our almost 20-year-old cat euthanized. As with our other cat, who also had to be put down at home, Dr. Hussong provided excellent support and performed the euthanasia gently and without causing the animal unnecessary suffering. We felt very well cared for at the practice. Many thanks also to Ms. Jung, whom we have always found to be both competent and empathetic, and of course to Ms. Steiner. We wish you all the best.

Dr. Hussong and his team are truly exceptional! In a seemingly hopeless situation for our cockatiel, we were fortunate to find Dr. Hussong and his team. He took ample time for the examination and began treatment without raising false hopes. Since then, we've noticed our little one improving day by day and week by week. A truly competent and empathetic veterinarian with very helpful and friendly staff. We highly recommend this practice!

We went there for the first time today and we're so happy! 🥹 They took such wonderful care of our Martin – truly next-level cat service! 🐾 So… after our cat became convinced that a rubbery thing was a perfectly legitimate snack (it wasn't 🙃) and then decided to "test my vomiting frequency," we went to Dr. Rainer Hussong. And what can we say? Best decision ever. We had always gone to VetPro in Feucht before (and honestly – we don't want to badmouth anyone!), but we never experienced such loving, relaxed, and yet competent care there. So… Here: - everything was explained calmly - every question was answered (even the slightly panicky ones 😅) - and most importantly: we weren't treated like annoying cat parents You could really tell: These are people who don't just treat animals, they truly love them ❤️ Dr. Rainer Hussong, veterinarian Caroline Jung, and the whole team were incredibly warm and welcoming. Martin is doing well again – and we've definitely found our new vet. Thank you so much for everything! 🐾✨
