Awesome experience with this clinic and its staff- very easy to make appointments and you can always ask the prices before taking your pet there. They also speak English which is a great help for us. Already had two positive visits for our both dogs- the vets are friendly as well as the staff 😊

My old dog was in pain, of course it was 8 pm, and he couldn't lie down, so the usual route would have been to a harbor. However, through a recommendation, I heard about VetPro, which, while not staffed 24/7, is reachable 24/7. I called and was offered an appointment for the next day. When I asked if an appointment right away was possible, that was no problem at all. I was informed that the night rate would apply. 9 pm didn't surprise me, perfectly fine. So I drove to the veterinary clinic, and a wonderful, friendly vet was waiting for me, who was already starting to call it a night. My dog ​​was checked in, and after a surprisingly short wait for that time of day, I was greeted by a friendly veterinary assistant and shortly after by a very friendly vet. Maximus was examined, and the arthritis I suspected wasn't the problem; it was apparently his abdomen. After I mentioned that I'd already had an ultrasound done on the dog in February, I was immediately told that we didn't need to do another one yet. Some veterinary clinics might have reacted differently; an ultrasound is relatively simple, but of course, the associated diagnostics and the equipment purchase (which must have already been made) result in a hefty bill. Thumbs up for that. The medication I'd brought was identified as having significant side effects, and at the end of the day, my dog ​​received an injection to address both his stomach problems and hip pain. If the dog isn't feeling better tomorrow, I'm supposed to schedule an ultrasound appointment, which I'd like to do. Of course, we're hoping everything will be fine tomorrow. I was given a prescription and was able to drive home in under an hour. We would definitely choose this option again in an emergency, and probably for future vet visits or check-ups as well.

Very empathetic and highly competent staff! Dr. Grill answers questions very thoroughly and is very attentive to both patients and their owners. I felt very comfortable and understood there with my two cats, even though our Daisy sadly passed away at home despite thorough treatment and hospitalization. However, I now know what to look out for with Spider in the future and will regularly monitor his weight as she advised, so that any changes can be detected promptly.
