I can only report positive experiences, both professionally and personally. Top-notch expertise and diagnostics, as well as treatment. The animal's specific circumstances are taken into account, priorities are set accordingly, and the information, advice, and care are thorough and reliable. No unnecessary treatments are performed; everything is carefully coordinated. I find the veterinarians incredibly caring and friendly, and, as I said, highly competent. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because everything is so incredibly expensive. I've already spent a small fortune there. However, I imagine this is the same at other clinics. They do offer payment plans, which I greatly appreciate and which is simply helpful in an emergency. So, from my perspective, I absolutely recommend them! :)

What can I say? We had a very bad experience. Expensive treatments were performed that were completely unnecessary. I'm not a veterinarian, but we could have saved €700. I strongly advise against it. This wasn't the first time we've had this experience.

Yes, I've always gone there as an emergency case, but I've always received good and competent help. Excellent veterinary clinic.
