What needs to be prepared for a home visit at the pond?

For home visits, you should have a sufficiently large tub, a sturdy landing net, clean buckets or watering cans, towels, and a power supply by the pond ready. In addition, the animals should not be fed on the day of the examination.

Can water samples be sent in for testing?

Yes, by prior arrangement, water samples can be sent in chilled via express or dropped off directly. The important things here are a clean sample bottle and the inclusion of all relevant parameters such as the sampling point and temperature.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To ensure optimal and calm diagnostics, appointments are made exclusively by prior arrangement. You can reach the practice by phone or email for this purpose.
