We walked in the door and he told us in a very unfriendly tone that he would no longer treat our cats and that we should find someone else. He only gave a reason after I asked him several times. Apparently, we had asked too many questions last time, which doesn't justify his reaction or his throwing us out. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I don't think that's right.

Here you will always find empathetic, competent, honest and loving advice and care for all animal species!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic. My animals were misdiagnosed for weeks – a diagnosis (allegedly trichomoniasis) was made solely based on a video, without any in-person examination, even though the animals were young roosters. Mr. Haupt failed to recognize this because he never examined the animals in person. Despite the lack of improvement, he simply prescribed the same medication in a different form. Only at the university veterinary clinic was it correctly determined that they were roosters – the diagnosis and treatment were therefore completely wrong. When I confronted Mr. Haupt with the results, he dismissed me rudely and forbade me from contacting him again. In my opinion, this behavior is neither professional nor responsible.
