My first visit to the veterinary practice at Spitalacker was greatly appreciated by the incredibly friendly team. My horse had a serious encounter with an iron post at 9 pm, resulting in a 15 cm vertical laceration on his forehead, down to the bone. Our regular vet provided initial treatment at 10 pm, and she did a fantastic job. Because his skull might also have been affected, we were advised to go to Gelnhausen the following day. I called during the night and got an appointment for 10 am. I was greeted by a wonderful team. Dr. Imholt did an outstanding job – absolutely professional. The entire team cared for my horse for six days. When we picked him up, he was completely relaxed. I hope I won't need to go back anytime soon, but if I do, this will be my first choice.

We've been clients of the clinic for years with our horses. There's a very special atmosphere there that always makes us feel safe and secure. Dr. Wolf and Dr. Schulze Kersting deserve special mention. We also appreciate the friendly and reliable service from the reception staff. We've since moved a bit further away, but the team still makes the extra trip to continue caring for us. Absolutely fantastic to everyone – thank you so much for the outstanding care!

I can highly recommend this practice! They take plenty of time for a thorough diagnosis and a dialogue with the pet owner. I feel my concerns are taken seriously. The way they handle my anxious dog is incredibly loving and patient. It's also a huge plus that I, as a new client, was able to get an appointment at short notice.

This was my second time there with my cat. The first time was for an urgent ear scratching. I got an appointment very quickly and was seen promptly. After the examination, they gave me an anti-itch medication. I went back again this time for a blood test and a general check-up, as my cat is older (15+). The blood draw was the most relaxed I've ever experienced. One assistant held the cat alone while the vet drew blood from her hind paw. I've had a completely different experience with the same cat before (three people had to hold the animal down so much that she was panting from anxiety). So far, I'm very happy there!
