Our cat and we have been coming to this practice his entire life; he's now 10 years old. We always leave feeling well cared for. Starting with the staff, they are all very competent and always polite, especially Ms. Wies! The veterinary assistants are also always incredibly kind and very careful. After several years, our cat now knows almost all the vets. And they all do a fantastic job. We were particularly pleased with the recent treatments by Dr. Jachens! She takes her time, exudes calm, and comes across as very sensitive, understanding, and empathetic. We thank the entire team for their wonderful support over the years!

I can highly recommend this practice! They take plenty of time for a thorough diagnosis and a dialogue with the pet owner. I feel my concerns are taken seriously. The way they handle my anxious dog is incredibly loving and patient. It's also a huge plus that I, as a new client, was able to get an appointment at short notice.

An emergency appointment for my horse on a Sunday. It urgently needed x-rays. When the vet finally arrived, it turned out the battery was dead and the charger had been forgotten, so he had to go back for another hour to get it. The x-rays weren't explained; instead, he immediately suggested euthanizing the horse. A complete disaster. It was incredibly embarrassing to forget the charger in an emergency. We'd rather not even talk about the bill. We asked him to leave and went to an equine clinic where everything was explained to us using the x-rays. Never again!

I can't praise this veterinary practice in Gelnhausen highly enough. We came here as an emergency patient with our cat Sammy, even though we weren't regular clients before. In such a stressful situation, we were not only seen immediately but also received with incredible empathy. Despite a full schedule, the team responded instantly. You can tell that their love for animals is their top priority, not just their records. The entire team is incredibly friendly and exudes a calmness that immediately soothes the animal (and the nervous owner). The treatment was highly professional, and every step was explained to us clearly. We felt completely at ease from the very first moment and are now happy new clients.
