We had to take our cat Loki to the vet's office for an emergency appointment. At first, we were a little annoyed about the long drive, but it was the best decision. We just want to say a huge thank you. They were incredibly helpful over the phone, and when we arrived, both the vet and the staff gave us an incredibly warm welcome. Not only was my cat exceptionally well cared for and surprisingly sweet with them, but they also had a great hunch about the diagnosis and thankfully referred us to a clinic where our cat could receive the necessary treatment after a hospital stay. They even called a few days later to check on Loki's condition. We're now on our way home with a healthy cat, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and say thank you again. From us (the can openers) and from Loki, from the bottom of our hearts ❤️❤️

I took my French Bulldog, Frieda, to the Lindenplatz veterinary clinic on Friday and I'm really very pleased. After struggling with a persistent eye injury for quite some time, the second opinion and treatment finally helped. The medication is already showing a noticeable effect after just a few days, and Frieda's eye looks much better. The entire team was friendly, competent, and took plenty of time for us. We felt taken seriously and well cared for. We will, of course, be going there for her follow-up appointment as well. Many thanks to Ms. Glaser and the whole team – you'll probably have to wait until you get rid of us as patients! 😊

We had to go to this veterinary practice for an emergency appointment on a Friday evening, even though it's quite a distance from our home. The vet was very friendly on the phone. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from both the vet and her assistant. She helped our little Boston Terrier very well, so we got through the night without any problems. We would like to thank her sincerely for her help! We highly recommend this practice!

A fantastic practice. Ms. Glaser takes plenty of time for her patients and impressed me not only with her expertise but also with her empathetic and loving approach to both animals and people. The same applies to her staff. Furthermore, the practice rooms are very attractive and well-equipped; you simply feel comfortable and well cared for there.

My cat was thoroughly examined, and thanks to the treatment, she's doing much better now. The veterinarian and her two assistants are all very kind, empathetic, and take their time.
