The best vet I've ever been to. Making an appointment was easy, there was no waiting time, and he even handles my problem dog perfectly, someone other vets had given up on. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.

We have had rabbits, guinea-pig and now also a dog treated by Dr.Tier. This is by far the best vet I found in Munich area. Can only recommend, friendly, serious, transparent and always great with the animals.

Friendly and good with animals

A nice vet and empathetic towards the animals, but his prices are outrageous, and the Bavarian State Veterinary Chamber agrees! Even other vets don't charge such prices! Even after explaining the situation, no leniency is forthcoming, which is truly disappointing. What's especially unacceptable is that you're not informed in advance about the costs involved when requesting your pet's medical records, and that they don't even address the issue, particularly when the records are no longer needed because the animal has passed away. I'm simply better off with my new vet, both in terms of price and quality. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but this infuriates me!

I'm not a veterinarian, but looking back, I can only offer my subjective opinion, and it's very negative. My dog ​​was treated here for months for neurological and orthopedic issues. Instead of referring me to a specialized clinic in a timely manner, they essentially just winged it. In my opinion, and as I mentioned, this is subjective, it wasn't in the animal's best interest, but rather a way to make money. Much earlier treatment at a specialized clinic, or especially a recommendation from my trusted veterinarian, could certainly have prevented Ben's death (he died under anesthesia at age 7) during surgery at the veterinary clinic! This is my very personal opinion, which is subjective and not medically verifiable. But it makes sense based on my experience. It's a shame; it's a great practice, they were genuinely trying, but unfortunately, it also felt forced and more focused on money than on the animal's well-being. And maybe even offer an apology. Incidentally, I have confirmation (always verbal, of course) that action should have been taken much sooner. A detailed medical history and response are unnecessary. So is discrediting me personally, judging me, or questioning my character. Ultimately, this is just my personal experience with the practice. Opinions are also welcome!
