Reviews
Excellent equine vet. The best I know. Absolutely competent, punctual, patient with every horse, even comes outside of normal hours in emergencies, and clearly explains the causes and treatment options to the owner.
A highly skilled veterinarian with many years of experience who has cared for my horse for many years. In addition to preventative care and routine checkups, Dr. Heinzel has always provided us with excellent, friendly, and competent medical support, especially in cases of Cushing's disease and laminitis. Unreservedly recommended!
Excellent veterinarian. Competent, accessible, and takes the time for individual consultations. Highly recommended!
An extremely punctual, reliable, and competent doctor. Sensitive and patient with horses.
Fantastic vet! We've been taking our horses to Dr. Heinzel for many years – first with our older horses and now with our current mare. Dr. Heinzel is reliable, punctual, and available even outside of office hours when needed. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and you simply feel like you and your horse are in good hands. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Heinzel :-)
