Many thanks to the entire team! Our Labrador, Ravenna, suffered a cruciate ligament rupture in March. It was difficult for us to see her suffer, even with painkillers. We were looking for a suitable practice that would perform a minimally invasive procedure. A friend recommended Dr. Kreime's practice to us. What a stroke of luck! From the very first phone call, I felt I was in good hands. We were given a quick appointment for the consultation and surgery. All my questions were answered over the phone, and I received all the necessary information. On the day of the consultation and surgery, we were greeted warmly. All the paperwork was handled efficiently and without any red tape. Everyone was very friendly yet professional. The subsequent examination seemed almost effortless, but it was very focused, which I attribute to the extensive experience of Dr. Kreime and his team. Because we were well-prepared, the surgery could be performed on the same day. Everything went very smoothly, and I was able to stay with Ravenna until she fell asleep. And even more importantly: Ravenna is doing very well. Three weeks after the surgery, she's walking almost normally, still favoring the affected leg, of course, and has regained her quality of life. We'll manage the next few weeks of controlled exercise just as well. We thank the entire practice team for their excellent, loving, patient, and professional care!
