I can't say anything other than, top team! My darling had damaged his knee in an accident. Dr. Kreime recognized the problem immediately and acted accordingly. Even on the phone, my fears about the costs were allayed. And then, once there, it quickly became clear to me that these people cared about my pet's well-being just as much as I did. Costs were truly a secondary consideration. My dog ​​(a Rottweiler mix) had surgery and just 7 days later he was almost walking normally again. Wound healing, as well as pre- and post-operative care, was simply fantastic 🙏🏼 My pet is almost back to his old self after just 2 weeks 🙏🏼🥰 I'm also extremely satisfied with the ongoing support I receive for my pet and feel completely at ease with this doctor 🙏🏼❤️ Dr. Kreime He may not be the youngest anymore, but he definitely understands what he's doing there 🙏🏼💪🏼 Thank you so much from us to you all! An excellent veterinarian. Mr. Kreime is so kind to the animals; he takes his time with them, he's gentle and caring. We're extremely happy that we go to him; our dogs feel comfortable there. The staff are fantastic, always helpful and very friendly, and there's always time for a quick chat. We're thrilled and will always go there. 🐾 A huge thank you to the entire veterinary team! 🐾 Our dog Nala had to be treated for a cruciate ligament tear – a situation that naturally worried us greatly. However, we were greeted at the reception desk with such kindness, understanding, and calmness that a feeling of trust immediately developed. We were particularly impressed by how sensitively and respectfully the entire team dealt with Nala's crate anxiety. It wasn't simply ignored, but taken seriously – and Nala even had her own recovery room so she could feel safe and comfortable. ❤️ The treatment itself was professional, calm, and loving. We were informed about every step, and it was clear how much the animal's well-being is our top priority.
