I was only there for a blood test and paid as much as I would for a complete dental cleaning elsewhere. The vet and her assistant were incredibly rough; my dog ​​screamed when they inserted the needle into his arm. The women weren't even able to shave the hair in that area. How unprofessional and insensitive is that? If you're not going to take your time and just want to rush through everything like on an assembly line, then you definitely shouldn't be working on living animals. My friend's horse also had to be euthanized because no one could diagnose its illness for three weeks. Incredibly sad.

Many thanks to Dr. Arnemann and the entire team for the years of care you gave our dog. And thank you so much for euthanizing our beloved pet at home when it was no longer possible. If we ever get another dog, we will definitely come back here.

I would never take my pet there again, especially not when you have to say goodbye. We went there for a few years, but what we experienced there at the end was unbelievable. We had to have our cat euthanized. To put it briefly, the euthanasia was supposed to be done quickly in the examination room. There was no option for a quiet place to say goodbye. Out of the carrier, given the anesthetic injection, and back into the carrier. Only after asking were we allowed into a side room. Well, standing, bending, and kneeling, we finally said our last words to our beloved pet. We've been pet owners for a long time and have experienced much better. Every veterinarian asks if you'd like to hold your pet on your lap. But this veterinary practice is completely unprepared for situations like this. Even the smallest veterinary practice has a chair for such a situation, but there was nothing. Zero empathy and compassion. The final straw was when a veterinary assistant grabbed our cat Julchen by the scruff of the neck and yanked her out of the basket, causing the stunned cat to yelp again. There's more empathy in a slaughterhouse than that veterinary assistant displayed. Whether our cat realized it or not, we'll never forget it.

So we go there with our horses, and I can only say positive things; we're always happy there. The team is super friendly! And no matter what treatment it is, whether it's vaccinations or dental work, the prices are normal, unlike other vets who double the price. I'm extremely satisfied 👍

We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Arnemann and her team for about 20 years now, and we can't praise them highly enough. Our dogs have always received excellent care. We've never been offered unnecessary treatment or medication; the help we needed was always provided. I find this remarkable, considering how many specializations are required in human medicine; here, everyone is expected to be able to do everything. The 24-hour emergency service is a great comfort, as we're never left on our own at night or on weekends. I would give this practice six stars if I could!
