Tierärztliche Praxis in Schwarmstedt

I took my dog ​​to the vet on June 30, 2026. She had been acting strangely, withdrawn, and tired for two days, and something seemed to be wrong with her ear. After entering the examination room, I described to the vet (who only half-listened) what was wrong with my dog. When I mentioned that my dog ​​had eaten and drunk despite her lethargy, the vet immediately concluded that "there's nothing wrong with the dog." My questions went unanswered, and the trainee just shrugged. Only after I repeatedly asked did they finally look in my dog's ear. But then to charge me €25 for a "comprehensive" examination is outrageous. (Plus the cost of the medication and the vet's fees...) I'm willing to pay any amount for my pet, BUT only if she actually gets the help she needs. Incidentally, I only spent 4 minutes in the examination room, but had to wait over 10 minutes before I was finally paid at reception. Afterwards, I went straight to a competent veterinarian who gave me a diagnosis. I've truly never experienced anything like it.

That was a complete disaster. I arrived at the vet's office with a limping dog. The vet seemed unenthusiastic and rather bored. She gave him an injection for arthritis (even though my dog ​​is only 3 years old). The real shock came with the bill: €25 for a general examination... they didn't even look in his ears, check his teeth, or listen to his heart. On top of that, they did an orthopedic examination... which is understandable. Then the medication cost another €60 (which didn't even help. After a week, he's even limping worse). So, I definitely wouldn't recommend them. At the next vet's office, I received such wonderful help. The vet took plenty of time (even though the waiting room was full) and even took x-rays.

We're now taking our cat there. From vaccinations and microchipping to spaying, everything has been great. Even the flea infestation we had last summer disappeared immediately after the treatment. From scheduling the appointment to picking her up afterwards, everything was perfect. Hildegard is recovering wonderfully, and the scar is perfect and tiny. Our pet is in the best hands with you 🙏🏼🐈‍⬛

Many thanks to the entire team at the veterinary practice in Schwarmstedt. We had to stay with our pony for a few days for diagnostic testing. There were a few things to discuss by phone beforehand, and we weren't disappointed by any member of staff regarding arrangements and the care of our pony. Everything went according to plan, and both animal and owner received absolutely satisfactory care. We are very impressed and would come back anytime. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The prices were also perfectly reasonable and down-to-earth. Thank you! 😊🐴
