A fantastic vet! 🤩 I was a regular customer with our Great Dane right up until the end, after 10 years and 3 months. 😥 We felt comfortable with her from day one. She has a wonderful way with both animals and people. I highly recommend her. Keep up the great work! 😚
I had my two male guinea pigs neutered. I got an appointment super quickly, the team was lovely, and I felt very well taken care of. 👍 Thank you! 🥰
Unfortunately, we took our 11-year-old Bella to an overpriced veterinarian in Hanover. Everything changed for the better the first time we went to Lydia. Her teeth were surgically repaired, and Bella was no longer afraid of the vet. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. We were always warmly welcomed. Even when Bella was very ill and we had to let her go, Lydia was a wonderful vet. Thank you for the kind words after her death. Thank you for everything.
The veterinarian and her team are empathetic, competent, and reliable. It's always difficult to discuss the costs of medical care, but in my opinion, that's no reason to give someone a negative review. Veterinary costs have simply increased, and the animal's well-being is, in my view, more important than the financial aspect. We feel comfortable and well cared for here. The only downside is that they could sometimes be more easily reachable; it can be quite difficult at times. I also wish that veterinarians would occasionally suggest alternative treatment methods. Our dog didn't fare any better with conventional medicine, and only nutritional counseling was able to help us. I hope that future veterinarians will be this honest. I know they are very busy, and a single, untreatable case costs them too much. But referring a patient to a colleague helps the animal, even if it doesn't benefit their own finances. 😊
A fantastic veterinary practice with a huge heart for animals and their owners. You're not just a number; you're treated personally. The animals love going there because they can always grab treats 😅
