There are witnesses to this conversation! Now, of course, you're twisting everything as if I didn't want to go to the clinic. Everyone who knows me is laughing at your response! I do everything for my dogs and I certainly don't care about the cost. Mistakes can happen, but at least own up to them. In my opinion, you can't take criticism. Just delete me from your customer database! Anyway, obviously no one listened properly on the phone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire team. Our dog Sonita had her complicated dental surgery yesterday, and I felt very well cared for from the very first moment. You can simply tell that they work with a great deal of competence, experience, and above all, heart. We also take our dog Aiko to the practice and always feel well looked after. The entire team is friendly, empathetic, and takes the time to answer questions and address concerns; this is incredibly valuable, especially when you, as a pet owner, have a lot on your mind. Yes, the practice is very popular, and you sometimes have to wait a bit for an appointment. But that also shows how highly this practice is regarded. And once you're there, you quickly understand why: They really take their time, they take you seriously, and you feel that you and your pet are in the best possible hands. We are very grateful to be able to care for our dogs with you and wholeheartedly recommend the practice. 🐾

We'd been patients of Mila's for years. We were always extremely satisfied. She always took a great deal of time with us, and we never felt rushed. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to Mila on Tuesday... and that's when we saw just how wonderful everyone is. Everything was explained to us in detail, we were given time to make this difficult decision, and even afterward, we were allowed to stay with her as long as we wanted.
