I've been working with Jacqui for over three years now – during this time, my horse Lord has steadily improved and become much calmer, more relaxed, and more content. Thanks to Jacqui's diverse background, she has become indispensable at our stable as an advisor, riding instructor, veterinarian, and chiropractor. I greatly appreciate how individually she cares for our horses, responding sensitively to each one and taking the time to understand their needs. Through her regular professional training and riding lessons, we were able to gradually rehabilitate Lord after dental surgery. During this time, I learned an incredible amount from her – and about my horse. Jacqui always brings a lot of positive energy, motivation, and patience – this is immediately contagious for both horse and rider. She always ensures that the horses are trained in varied sessions – be it dressage, groundwork, working equitation, double lungeing, Equikinetic, or trail riding. Here, too, she caters to the individual abilities and needs of each rider. For me, she's the best riding instructor I've ever had. I never would have thought that Lord, at his advanced age, would still enjoy dressage so much and be so eager to learn. I'm grateful for everything she's done for us and our horses, and I can highly recommend her—but we're not letting her go! ;)

Fast and competent help for our Golden Retriever puppy. He'd had diarrhea for two days, and this happened while we were on vacation. Stool analysis was done on-site, etc. Everything was excellent and highly recommended. It's good to know where to find a competent, German-speaking veterinarian on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.
