Really lovely kind vet who booked us in last minute to get our dog wormed and his passport validated for our return home. She also gave us some drops for our dog’s ear and checked it for inflammation as he’s been scratching it.....And then served us a delicious coffee! 😂 thanks so much ❤️

Not recommended at all!!! They'll never see me again! The reception staff more or less laughed at me – apparently, they find it funny when the cat is unwell! In short: I had to have my cat euthanized at a different vet!

The practice team is friendly, and the attending veterinarian, Dr. Schulz, is competent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Dr. Holder. Although I had agreed to anesthesia, I explicitly requested that my cat be examined again beforehand when I dropped him off, as his initial symptoms had completely subsided in the preceding days. I made this request both verbally to the staff member and in writing on the anesthesia questionnaire. This information was not passed on—a communication error that the practice itself admitted. I was not contacted, had no opportunity to change my mind, and the anesthesia was administered without consultation. Additionally, X-rays were taken that I had never authorized. Throughout all my correspondence with Dr. Holder, I found a complete lack of cooperation and customer service. The reimbursement for the unauthorized X-rays only came after repeated pressure from me. For an admitted error that resulted in a bill of €844, I find this entirely inadequate. I recommend that every pet owner take sufficient time before any procedure, discuss all measures thoroughly, have them confirmed in writing, and not rely on verbal agreements being passed on internally.

I can highly recommend this practice, especially for dogs who are more than a little difficult. My little Jimmy received excellent care, and her "people allergy" (she's a former street dog who tends to lunge when she can't back away from strangers) was taken into consideration from the first to the last minute of the procedure. There wasn't a single unpleasant or stressful moment for her. I was even allowed to be present from the end of the operation when she woke up. Everything was patiently explained to me beforehand, and there was still time for questions after she was awake. Sometimes, we humans wish we could experience this kind of care.

We drove 200km on a recommendation to have our two sporting dogs x-rayed and we're thrilled! The team is very friendly, Dr. Holder is also incredibly kind and highly competent – ​​the x-rays were discussed with us thoroughly and without any time pressure. The images were sent to us by email just minutes after we left the practice. The anesthesia was gentle and our two dogs were back on their feet very quickly. Now we're looking forward to many more healthy years together! 🍀
