From reception to the veterinarians, the team was incredibly friendly and empathetic. Our very anxious dog (who came from a rescue shelter about six weeks ago) was handled with utmost sensitivity, so he calmed down relatively quickly, and the routine check-up was carried out without any major problems. As the owner, I was also taken seriously and given some helpful advice. I highly recommend this veterinary practice!
