Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at the doctor's office today. The receptionist seemed very unfriendly and disinterested when I explained my situation. She didn't say "hello" or "goodbye," which only reinforced the impression that she doesn't enjoy her job. As a patient, you arrive at the doctor's office and then get the feeling that you're not believed – it's very disappointing and unprofessional. Normally, there's a different receptionist who is always very, very friendly – ​​but today was unacceptable. This treatment made me feel very uncomfortable. It would be desirable for her to receive further training in patient interaction, or, if she doesn't enjoy her job, perhaps consider a different position.

A truly competent and friendly doctor. I would also like to mention the very friendly team of nurses.

You call there and nobody answers the phone, and this goes on for a long time. If you go there in person, there are two of them sitting there, but nobody else is in the office. I recommend the receptionists consider finding a new job, as they are not qualified. So, I definitely don't recommend it. They should really pay attention to the patients and answer the phone instead of ignoring them.

A very competent doctor with the necessary calmness and takes her time during treatment. A very friendly team. I switched to her two years ago and haven't regretted it. Thank you.
