Really friendly and professional environment! The service and the examinations are quick and precise, and also my cat enjoyed it (as much you can expect it to enjoy a vaccine)! The only remark is that the vets don't speak much English; however, they are really kind and explain everything very clearly if necessary

We've been taking our Bolonka Zwetna male to this practice for about three years. Unfortunately, Artur had a rough start as a puppy due to a severe parasite/giardia infection (likely acquired from the breeder). So, we put him on a special diet, focused on building up his mucous membranes, and strengthening his immune system. Despite this, he now has food intolerances and frequent gastrointestinal problems, including bloody diarrhea and even acute hemorrhagic diarrhea (AHDS). Sadly, we've had to visit the practice several times for emergencies, including on weekends. And we are so grateful for the 24/7 on-call service. This means we don't need to recount Artur's medical history, because no matter which vet or veterinary assistant is on duty, a quick glance at his file is all it takes. And even in emergencies, they only provide the services that are actually necessary. We feel very well cared for here with Artur. All the staff (veterinarians, veterinary assistants, receptionists) are very friendly, understanding, always attentive to the animals, and highly competent. They try to accommodate short-notice appointments. Questions are answered patiently. Everything is always done in the best interest and for the animal's well-being. This practice is a gift to us. We say a heartfelt THANK YOU and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
