Reviews
We took my dog to the emergency room. As some people have already written here, friendliness is not his strong point. My dog had fallen down the stairs, 2-3 meters, and was in a lot of pain, but the doctor only wanted an x-ray of her front leg, half of her stomach and back legs, even though her hind legs were obviously fine. After asking several times whether there was anything internal, I just got a rude answer and told me to calm down. After an injection and a couple of tablets to take home and a bill of almost €400, even though he said on the phone to expect around €220 and if it doesn't get better, we should go to another doctor, we went home. I've already been to several doctors and to the emergency room once, and I've never paid so much for so little service anywhere. And as soon as I arrived, I had to fill out paperwork before my dog was treated, which is usually an afterthought and something you do afterwards. I didn't have a good feeling about him from the start and will never go there again. Less than 10 hours later, my little one is still whining in pain and moving away from me, not a good sign. And another small wound, where a bandage would have helped, was treated with staples. One thing is true about most of the reviews: the assistant is very nice, but that's about it.
Three vets told me on the phone today that they had no more appointments available for my dog. As a fourth option, I called this small animal practice, explained the situation, and even though they were closing in 20 minutes, they said my dog could still come in. Thank you so much for your help! ❤️
