We just took our cat to the emergency vet clinic of Dr. Müller and Dr. Rumpel – and we couldn't have asked for better care. Such empathy, calm, and warmth are truly rare. We immediately felt taken seriously and in good hands. Our cat received such loving care. Everything was explained clearly and without any rush – simply both humane and professional. I went to the emergency vet clinic today because my cat had injured his front leg and was limping badly. We were seen quickly and received with great friendliness. The treatment was very professional and empathetic; just 30 minutes later, I was able to leave the clinic feeling much better. In the future, I will definitely prefer to travel 60 km further than to Heilbronn to receive such excellent care. Thank you for being there and for proving that things can be done differently 🙏
