I had to say goodbye to my cat today. She was by my side for 20 years; we were a great team. The loving and empathetic care provided by your practice made saying goodbye easier. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much, especially to Ms. Gold, for taking such wonderful care of Elly. Unfortunately, there was nothing more we could do for her, so we had to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. The practice, and Ms. Gold herself, was very sensitive and empathetic in Elly's final moments and took the extra time. That made saying goodbye a little easier. And the paw print with the clipped fur in the glass was a very nice gesture. Thank you so much.

If we hadn't ultimately consulted another veterinarian, our older cat wouldn't be alive today. We took her to the clinic because of vomiting. This was followed by blood tests, X-rays, and an ultrasound. We were advised to try an elimination diet. However, the diet didn't bring any improvement. On the contrary, she continued to vomit and lose weight. Despite the weight loss, we were told to strictly adhere to the diet. The exact words were: "The animal just has to get through it." That was the point for us to switch clinics for a second opinion. At the very first appointment, we received a clear diagnosis: gastrointestinal lymphoma. By starting treatment immediately, we were able to give our cat back a better quality of life and more time.

We brought our kitten siblings (male and female) to the vet. However, we were told that our male cat shouldn't be neutered until he's a year old and that our female cat should be on the pill until then. Since this reasoning didn't make sense and it seemed like something other than the cat's well-being was the priority, we switched vets. Furthermore, the informational material stated that dry food is good for cats… unfortunately, a completely wrong and outdated idea! Otherwise, a nice, modern practice with friendly staff and easy appointment scheduling :)
