Very kind doctors. They did an operation to my dog and now he is ok. They speak English too. Thanks!

We are very grateful for the consistently honest and friendly advice from every doctor and for the always warm and welcoming care from the entire team. We hope you will remain with us for at least another 10 years, as we are happy to make the hour-long commute even after moving! Best regards, Fiete and Lisa

A very modern practice and everyone is friendly... So much for the "normal" stuff... What I find incredibly great: We've been patients for almost 11 years, and every time my dog is called, I have to let go of the leash so I don't get dragged horizontally into the treatment room :-) Of course, treats are also used as "bribes," but they wouldn't do any good if everything else wasn't right! We feel very well cared for!

We brought our kitten siblings (male and female) to the vet. However, we were told that our male cat shouldn't be neutered until he's a year old and that our female cat should be on the pill until then. Since this reasoning didn't make sense and it seemed like something other than the cat's well-being was the priority, we switched vets. Furthermore, the informational material stated that dry food is good for cats… unfortunately, a completely wrong and outdated idea! Otherwise, a nice, modern practice with friendly staff and easy appointment scheduling :)

Many thanks, especially to Ms. Gold, for taking such wonderful care of Elly. Unfortunately, there was nothing more we could do for her, so we sadly had to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. The veterinary practice, and Ms. Gold in particular, were very sensitive and empathetic with Elly in her final moments and took the time to be with her. This made saying goodbye a little easier. And the paw print with the trimmed fur in the jar was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much.
