What do I need to keep in mind for the initial examination?

If possible, please bring your pet to the appointment on an empty stomach. In addition, it should not have been bathed immediately beforehand so that the clinical picture remains unaltered. Please bring any previous medical records you have and any shampoos you may have used. Plan for about an hour for the first visit.

Are there parking spaces available at the practice?

The practice is accessible without steps and is located right by the Grafenstein motorway exit, making for a stress-free journey. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the clinic.

How should ear cleaning for my pet be handled at home?

Treatment and ear cleaning should be made as pleasant as possible for your pet. Use treats or playful distraction to build a positive association. For the cleaning itself, you should use only cotton wool or a cotton ball, never cotton buds.

A huge thank you to Dr. Claudia Kreil-Ouschan and her team! After many visits to different veterinarians, my dog Merlin finally received the correct diagnosis—and he was finally able to get the help he needed! 🐾 We are so relieved and happy! Dr. Kreil-Ouschan is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and really takes her time. You can immediately tell that she is a veterinarian with all her heart! We feel we are in excellent hands there and can definitely recommend this practice! Absolutely 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The price-performance ratio is also absolutely perfect!
