I won't go there again because of the high costs. I paid €186 to have a tomcat neutered... A friend of mine, at a different vet, paid €160 for her cat! Considering that everything isn't right... very extortionate and annoying.

Ordered for 10 a.m., waited until 11 a.m., and then sent home because "I was too impatient, it could cause problems in the future." 1 hour drive and 1 hour in the waiting room, all for nothing. My little pet thanks you for the stress! So if you DON'T want to feel comfortable and don't care about your pet's well-being, this is the right place. Never experienced anything like this before and encountered so little empathy... They don't take any of your needs into consideration here. Animals in, animals out, and goodbye!

Dr. Groß has been our veterinarian for years. We've always been very satisfied. He takes the time to advise and inform, approaches the animal calmly, and treatments are completed quickly. We feel our dog and cat are in very good hands.
