Reviews
Dr. Alslemann is absolutely fantastic! Highest recommendation! Great service and great Doctor!
We fetched our cat to this clinic and there was no one on the clinic. However after we called, they came within minutes. I appreciate their help so much. Thank you very much.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very satisfied. My cat Emil had diarrhea for several days, and Mr. Bakjaje took excellent care of him. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and treated Emil with great care. It was immediately obvious that the well-being of animals is very important to him. Thank you so much for the wonderful care – I would definitely recommend him!
We brought our dog to the practice in the evening due to an emergency. The veterinarian immediately took the time to see her, acted quickly, and treated her with the necessary medication. His calm demeanor and communication were excellent, especially for our very anxious dog, Bruna! We felt very comfortable and will gladly return to Veterinarian Alovet in the future. Thank you!
I took my dog Carla to the vet because of an almost ingrown claw. While they were there, they also checked her teeth and determined they needed to be treated as soon as possible. I was impressed with the vets from the very first appointment, so we immediately agreed to go ahead with the treatment. Two days later, they did a comprehensive blood test, and I knew right away we were in good hands – such a caring vet! A few of her values weren't quite right, but the dental work could still go ahead. The next day, I went back for a consultation without Carla, and they explained the blood test results and the surgical procedure in detail. I could hardly believe it; I'd never experienced anything like it with any other vet. The surgery went perfectly, and I wasn't nervous at all. I knew for sure that Carla was in the best hands. They are very professional and friendly vets who are truly dedicated. Their loving care made it a little easier for my anxious dog. That was last week, and today she's back to being as cheerful and cheeky as ever. But Carla, in all the time she's been with me—and that's over seven years now—has never had such beautiful teeth, even though she had two incisors extracted. Carla came from a kill shelter in Romania with very bad teeth. No other vet has ever managed to do it as well as Dr. Aslemann. It's wonderful that she was also treated by such a dental specialist. I can only highly recommend them and have already recommended the team to others, of course. The loving and empathetic approach to both dog and owner is absolutely crucial. Many thanks to the team at Dr. Aslemann's; I'm impressed. We felt very well cared for. I'm sure the subsequent treatments, which are necessary due to the blood test results, will also help my Carla. THANK YOU! 👍
