Many thanks to the wonderful team who helped my Elmo so much. We are so grateful to have found this amazing vet through a friend. The doctor was incredibly friendly, took plenty of time for us, and made us feel like we weren't just another patient. We felt very well cared for, and his two assistants were also so kind and attentive. I'm absolutely thrilled. All the best, we'll definitely be back. See you soon :) Today, a year later, I took my little Elmo back because he was showing signs of tooth pain before the weekend. So I called, and they arranged for Elmo to come in. This time, it was a vet who was very unpleasant from the start and seemed afraid of my dog. Her exact words were, "I'm not doing anything, he's already growling." I'm so disappointed with how it went this time. I didn't feel welcome at all. The woman had a very bossy tone and felt the need to lecture me about animal welfare simply because I wanted to cope with the possibility that my dog might die during his upcoming surgery, as it was dangerous for him because he's very old and already has heart problems. She seems to lack empathy; she coldly said, "Yes, better than a toothache." She completely ignored my concerns and fears and made me feel like I didn't want to go through with it, for whatever reason. I felt incredibly awkward in front of two or three other assistants, and I made it clear to her that I absolutely didn't find her treatment acceptable. She showed no understanding whatsoever. In the end, I only received feigned friendliness, but looks speak louder than words. When I paid, the woman at the computer didn't even look at me, just laid the items down, and I stood there for a while until another, very kind colleague told me I could take the items and leave. I will be seeing a different vet for any future surgeries. I feel absolutely uncomfortable throwing money away under these circumstances; I'd rather give another vet another chance. Truly disappointing and a shame.
Dr. Heinrich is the best veterinarian anyone could wish for. He's always there for you, especially when you're at your wit's end. With incredible heart, expertise, and dedication, he cares for every animal—whether horse or dog. In my case, he always treated my animals with such love and care, as if they were his own. This trust is priceless. I'm 100% certain that my animals are in the best hands with him, and I would entrust them to his care again without hesitation. A veterinarian with heart, intelligence, and a genuine passion for animal welfare—highly recommended! And a huge thank you to every single veterinary assistant I've met so far! You guys are amazing! ❤️🙌 Big hugs to you all! Beccy & Bailey and Hailey
A very pleasant veterinary practice. They provide excellent information and you and your animals (in my case, four cats) are in very good hands! They recently had our cat spayed, and by evening she was already back to her old self, showing no signs of having had surgery earlier that day! I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice to everyone 😀
A very good and friendly practice; if you don't want to get vaccinated, that's absolutely no problem. We were treated very kindly and courteously. I can highly recommend these veterinarians. No unnecessary comments, like "this would be good" or "this..." Absolutely satisfied ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
