Today was my first time visiting Dr. Busch with my cat. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the atmosphere in the practice was bright and pleasant – not like a typical waiting room. Dr. Busch took an amazing amount of time for my little darling and explained everything to me calmly and with great expertise. All the staff were incredibly kind to my cat and to me. Despite my initial nervousness, I felt very well cared for. Thank you so much for your kindness and for your compassion for your little patients 🙏😻❤️

Mr. Ulrich Busch took a great deal of time to examine our fancy rats and answer all our questions. Overall, he is a very friendly and professional veterinarian. If we have any problems with our little ones, we will gladly return.

When it became clear in recent weeks that our over 16-year-old Labrador would soon be embarking on his final journey, Dr. Busch provided us with absolutely expert help and support. His empathetic, patient, and caring nature gave us confidence and security during this very painful time. We now look back on this difficult period not only with grief, but also with immense gratitude that our precious family member was cared for by a true animal lover in his final hours. I took our cat there for his first vaccinations, neutering, etc. Everything was fine; everyone was friendly and professional. When I called recently to ask if I could bring my cat because he'd had a run-in with another cat and had a wound that needed dressing, I was told they weren't available and I had to go to the clinic. It wasn't after hours, so she was a bit surprised by this treatment. He had been our vet from the very beginning, we were satisfied with the service, and the prices weren't exorbitant either. But after this situation and their reluctance to help, we changed vets.
