We would have given 10 stars! When it became clear in recent weeks that our over 16-year-old Labrador would soon be embarking on his final journey, Dr. Busch provided us with absolutely expert help and support. His empathetic, patient, and caring nature gave us confidence and security during this very painful time. We now look back on this difficult period not only with grief, but also with immense gratitude that our precious family member was cared for by a true animal lover in his final hours. On behalf of Lennox, we thank the entire practice team for their unparalleled and loving support, both on the phone and in person.

Our cat had surgery today, it went very well, and I was very surprised that the vet himself called and told my daughter how the operation went. Amazing! That put my daughter at ease. We picked up the cat, and he's doing very well. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's simply a fantastic vet who truly cares about his patients and isn't just out to make money. I'm so impressed and can't recommend him highly enough.

We took our puppy to Dr. Busch and were very pleased. They took plenty of time to examine him thoroughly. First, they played with our little one, and the veterinary assistants cared for him lovingly, so he learned that a visit to the vet can be a positive experience. We also took our guinea pigs there. They, too, took their time and examined them very carefully from head to toe.

Today I visited Dr. Busch with my cat for the first time. The welcome was very warm, and the atmosphere in the practice was bright and pleasant. Not like a typical waiting room. Dr. Busch took an incredible amount of time with my little darling and explained everything to me very competently and calmly. The staff were also all incredibly kind to my darling and me. Despite all the excitement, I felt well looked after there. Thank you so much for your humanity and your heart for your little patients 🙏😻❤️
