Very quick and loving help, great team! My owner would like to thank you again for the quick and uncomplicated help with my eye so close to the holidays. Now I can finally relax with my little friend again. We wish the team a happy Easter and will see you again at the earliest for the second vaccination of the little pest next to me. Maybe then you can also take a look at the spot where I'm lying down – I can live with it, but my friend's milk teeth shouldn't have any chance of gnawing on it. The staff at the reception desk, as well as the doctors and assistants, are simply wonderful. I was there with a foster dog, and they checked everything and asked all the necessary questions. Furthermore, they provided excellent advice and information on how the further treatment should proceed. All in all, a highly recommended practice where both people and animals feel comfortable.

I found this stray cat in our garden in very poor health; catching him was impossible due to his condition. I took him to Dr. Detmer's veterinary practice, where they acted immediately and provided him with excellent veterinary care. The photo shows him a few days later in a much better condition! I saw him again a few days ago (since he's a free-roaming cat) and will try to take another photo to show you what the practice did. Thank you!! Thanks also to the team, who are always very concerned about the welfare of all the animals and explain everything clearly and competently, always ready to help us animal lovers. So, we did it!! A competent and very friendly team. I was able to get an appointment at very short notice because the staff member was proactive and checked the schedule again to see what was possible and found a last-minute opening. A pleasant and harmonious atmosphere in the practice, and Dr. Denkmann's pro-animal approach. Thank you so much for your excellent help.

From the very first moment, you feel completely at ease: The atmosphere is calm and friendly, and the entire team works with great empathy, patience, and expertise. Whether it's a routine check-up, vaccination, or emergency – Christian and his fantastic team always take their time and treat my dogs with loving care. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. Even during difficult times, I've always been supported with great compassion and professionalism. I'm incredibly grateful for the wonderful care I've received over all these years – Scotty, Fritz, and Ruby (and I) simply feel we're in the best hands here. Highly recommended!
