On the advice of the dog trainer, we should have my dog's thyroid checked. I emailed Ms. Boden because her office hours were difficult for me to keep. She called me back shortly after (I think it was about an hour). Everything was explained to me, and it all made sense. Two weeks later, I got an appointment with her at the training field. Two weeks after that, I received the results, and two days after that, I had the medication and could start the replacement therapy. I'm absolutely thrilled; I was so well informed, and finally, my dog can get the help he needs.
She's a good doctor, however, being reachable and punctual is a complete disaster. What a shame!
