A super nice team that helped my cat Jelly so quickly. I contacted the practice via WhatsApp last Saturday because my cat suddenly had trouble going to the toilet in the morning. I received a very quick response and was able to bring her in that same day. She was examined very thoroughly and treatment was started immediately. Luckily, she was feeling better again by evening. I think it's great that you can contact the practice via WhatsApp and get a quick response. Many thanks again to the lovely veterinarian and her team for the prompt help. I am very satisfied with Dr. Niederlein's work. He dedicated a lot of time to my horse, and after consulting several veterinarians, he finally found the cause of his lameness and general unhappiness. He gets to the bottom of things, and the animal's well-being is his top priority. My horse has been like a different horse ever since, and I can wholeheartedly recommend contacting Dr. Niederlein.
