The vet couldn't take a horse's temperature. This led to misdiagnoses. When contacting them about unjustified charges, they wouldn't listen, just told me to pay the bill no matter what, and then hung up. Very professional.

This practice doesn't deserve a single star. This is no way to treat an animal or its owners. We took our dog there because of a painful, torn claw. We had already explained several times beforehand that our dog was very afraid due to two previous attacks by other dogs and wouldn't let the vet touch him. Despite this, he was surrounded by several people at once. Five people around an already anxious and pained dog – it should be obvious to everyone that he would feel threatened in such a situation. Instead of understanding or a calm, sensitive approach, we were subsequently blamed for our dog's behavior. The practice knows nothing about his history or his experiences – and yet we were judged. We felt neither taken seriously nor treated with respect. We absolutely do not recommend this practice.

A super friendly team that helped my cat Jelly quickly. I contacted the practice via WhatsApp last Saturday because my cat suddenly had trouble doing her business in the morning. I received a very quick response and was able to bring her into the practice that same day. She was examined very thoroughly, and treatment began immediately. Fortunately, she was already feeling better by the evening. I think it's great that you can contact the practice via WhatsApp and get a quick response.
