A truly lovely and modern practice. Booking an appointment is very straightforward online, and you can even submit all symptoms and important information about your pet digitally before the appointment. This allowed Dr. Puymann to prepare for my dog's visit in advance, which I found very professional. I was looking for a new veterinarian because at my previous practice, I increasingly felt that while I was paying regularly, the underlying causes of my dog's problems were never truly investigated. My dog ​​had several different symptoms that persisted for an extended period without a concrete treatment plan being developed. In contrast, Dr. Puymann took his time, listened attentively, examined my dog ​​thoroughly, and explained various treatment options to me in a way that made sense. Throughout the entire appointment, I felt taken seriously and that a solution was genuinely being sought – instead of just superficially treating the symptoms.
