Reviews
Offering emergency services but not identifying themselves as a veterinary practice to callers seeking help (totally confusing!), only to then experience a verbal outburst from the veterinarian that was truly unparalleled. The communication was an absolute disgrace – we have never experienced anything so disrespectful! In our opinion, this veterinarian is absolutely not recommended!
I have nothing positive to say about this "veterinarian." We went to her emergency clinic. My cat hadn't been eating and was very lethargic for two days, so we took him to her. She couldn't determine what was wrong with him, gave him two injections, and gave us hope that he would recover. Sadly, our cat passed away the next day, and to this day we still don't know what was wrong with him. On top of that, she was very unfriendly, and apart from the fact that her office looks like a garbage dump... Please don't take your pet to her! Invest your money in a good veterinarian!
I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful support and treatment I received from Dr. Chatzinikolaou. My 15-year-old dog suddenly developed very severe symptoms over the holidays. In our initial distress, we went to a veterinary clinic. However, when her condition worsened the next day and the clinic was too far away, Dr. Chatzinikolaou was recommended to me – and that was incredibly fortunate. Without hesitation, she immediately made time for me and quickly initiated the correct treatment. It's immediately clear that the animal's well-being is her top priority. The entire care process – from the thorough medical history to the treatment itself – was characterized by extensive expertise, empathy, and patience. The transparent pricing and the clear, detailed explanations were also very appreciated. I always felt well-informed and taken seriously. Communication was consistently friendly, clear, and reliable. I am so grateful that she cared for my elderly dog so patiently. For me, she is a veterinarian I trust completely. Highly recommended!
Disrespectful, crazy, and a rip-off!!! We went to this "veterinarian" because our dog had a painful paw (emergency). After looking at our dog for a mere 30 seconds, she suddenly claimed he had blocked anal glands. After the treatment, she demanded €450. Nothing further was discussed, and we left. By chance, our next appointment with our regular vet had to be rescheduled. When I called this "veterinarian," she was furious, claiming it wasn't her job to pass the information on and shouting "Huh?" several times instead of asking normal questions. After my tone became sharper, she suddenly claimed to be in an appointment and demanded the name of our actual veterinary practice. After I gave her the name, she shouted "Huh?" again and said she didn't know it... This "veterinarian" should have her license revoked! Our experience shows me that this woman is greedy, which the comments here also confirm.
