Our dog had been having recurring stomach problems for some time, but we were taken seriously immediately, squeezed in, and seen the same day! 👌 Very empathetic, and the vets explained every step. 👌 I can highly recommend this practice. Everyone on the team is very friendly.

Unfortunately, we only had one opportunity to visit this wonderful practice. Our dog was very ill, and on the advice of our vet, we asked for an appointment for an ultrasound. Since we couldn't wait long for the ultrasound due to our dog's health, we were able to get an appointment that same day. The staff on the phone were really very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. We then had the appointment with the lovely Dr. Lindczun; she was very friendly and took plenty of time for the short-notice examination. Unfortunately, our dog was so ill that we had to get another appointment at home that afternoon at very short notice to have our dog taken care of. Dr. Lindczun was there again. Our little daughter was there too, and everything was explained in detail and handled very calmly. We would like to once again thank the practice and especially Dr. Lindczun for her calm and support ❤️

Very nice and friendly staff. Excellent veterinarians who give sound advice and don't try to pressure you into anything. Quick appointments, no long waiting times, and the veterinarians take their time during examinations, are patient, and give valuable tips.

At least 5 stars. From the short-notice appointment scheduling to the friendly reception team, the doctor, and the assistant on site, everything was top-notch in a pleasant, calm atmosphere!

How can I put this? I don't question their competence, but it's a complete mess. One person says yes, another says no. What I find much worse, though, is that if I only talk to the doctor for 10 minutes, I get billed for a full hour. After I had another question, the doctor told me, "If we talk any longer, I'll have to increase your bill." Sorry, but that's not a practice I consider acceptable. I'd rather drive further than go there again. But make up your own minds. I can only speak for myself, and I certainly won't be taking my dog ​​there again.
