After my dog ​​and I visited seven (!) veterinarians, it was finally Ms. Wasel who was able to help us over a year ago. She takes her time and goes to every conceivable length to solve problems, especially in difficult cases. She has a natural, honest, and warm-hearted approach to both animals and their owners! She possesses extensive conventional veterinary expertise but also incorporates homeopathic approaches and considers the human-animal bond. She only prescribes medications that she truly deems necessary. What helps my dog—who, as it turns out, has a chronic illness—and me most is that she doesn't abandon us, is always there for us, and involves me, as the dog owner, in the treatment, taking my everyday observations into account. After all, nobody knows my pet as well as I do. We gladly make the trip from Meerbusch to Ratingen because we know we are in very, very good hands with Ms. Wasel!

Dr. Wasel, with her calm, loving, and empathetic manner, made the worst thing that pet owners and veterinarians can face as bearable as possible. Even though it was incredibly difficult for us, we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for relieving our beloved Maja of her terrible pain by allowing her to fall asleep peacefully in my arms at home.

My cats and I have been receiving treatment from Ms. Wasel since her practice in Ratingen-Eggerscheidt opened. Despite the relatively long journey from Düsseldorf, I wouldn't want to change. Not only do my animals visibly feel at home, but I also have the feeling that I am in very good hands. Ms. Wasel's calm and loving manner immediately wins the animals' trust. I am continually impressed not only by the fact that my cats feel good during treatment, but also by her competent manner. As an owner, it is particularly important to me to be properly informed. My cat suffers from kidney failure, which we have been able to get under control very well with the right treatment and medication thanks to Ms. Wasel's help. It's a good feeling when the right medication is explained to you and you are not being sold 20 different medications that may not work. I am very grateful for her open manner and honest opinion; I can highly recommend her as a veterinarian.

I have been treating my dogs with Dr. Wasel for several years and am happy to make the long journey from Krefeld. Dr. Wasel is always approachable and friendly, with a calm demeanor that reaches even anxious animals. She takes time for both the animal and the owner. From the very beginning, Ms. Wasel has cared for my older Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who suffers from a rare disease, competently and devotedly. Last year, she took care of my Standard Poodle's post-operative care (gastric torsion). Her calm and professional manner also helped ease many of my fears as an owner. She never seemed annoyed, even after the 15th call about the condition of the scar, but instead took her time and repeatedly examined the scar. In April of last year, I had to say goodbye to one of my dogs, and Dr. Wasel accompanied me compassionately and lovingly. Conclusion: She is a young, competent veterinarian whose friendly and competent manner makes her a great asset to both my animals and me as their owner. I can recommend her without reservation.

Ms. Wasel is very kind and personable. Our cat Xanti, contrary to his usual behavior, seemed quite comfortable at the vet and remained calm. Despite the late hour, the emergency treatment was competent, quick, and friendly. Thank you so much – we are now considering switching to her, even though Ratingen is a bit further from Düsseldorf.
